But I DID do the diet of protiens, healthy fats and low carbohydrates, and I DID starve!!!
This was the diet that I lost so much weight on I was down to 93 lbs even though I ate as much as I could of these foods all the time!
Can you explain this? I mean, I know it's a great diet for weight loss for those that WANT to loose weight, but I did not need to lose weight and I got dangerously low.
Because of it my body has switched into the starvation mode. I really think my body needed more carbohydrate, only the candida and parasites fed on it so I had to cut it out. Now I regret it.
