Hi Miss Scarlet,

Wow, we have a lot in common! It sounds like we have a very similar problem. I've a big parasite infection, and have been cleansing for a while now (on and off, for a couple years- I get plaque out, but no worms). At this point I think a big part of not getting the die off, is my carb intake. I have the exact same experience as you...I crave carbs, and if I have them, it's never enough, I crave more and more, even if I feel full, I still crave more. (I don't eat any refined carbs or sugar, this still happens with fruit or nuts or sprouted grain bread). I know it's the worms driving it. And I get dizzy when I eat.

I've tried taking out all carbs, once I did it for 10 days (that was as long as I lasted). My problem was intense fatigue, although the episodes did lessen, and otherwise, emotionally and at times, physically, I felt great. I really could have kept it going, the fatigue was getting much better....lack of will power was what stopped it more than physical symptoms.

How's your blood iron level? The parasites are draining me of iron, and I'm low, my liver enzymes are also high, like you. I used to have a lot of pain around my liver, especially if I ate nuts (I don't do that anymore). It almost seemed like the more I did to cleanse and get better, the worse I was getting. I think it was because I was stirring things up. Food that I used to tolerate, I couldn't anymore. But right now I'm a bit better symptom wise than's what's helped me so far:

1. I take digestive enzymes and bentaine HCL when I eat, especially if it was complex carbs or nuts. But I found it was far better to not have nuts. Complex carbs I also found would give me pain, less if I took enzymes though. Fruit never gave me pain, but I know I was just feeding them more than me. At times even just salad would cause pain, but not if I take enzymes.

2. I drink fresh raw veggie juice (celery, cucumer, kale) as often as I can. Not very tastey, but it's alkalizing and it's never given me stomach pain.

3. I've started taking chlorella which feels very balancing. You can take a lot of this if you's like a food, I mean you don't need to take the whole bottle, but you can take much more than the 3 grams/day that the label says. There's lots of sites on the internet about chlorella if you're interested.

4. Colonics! (of course)

Right now I'm on my first day of taking out all carb (fruit, sprouted grains, any sweet veggie). It seems so extreme (and a bit scarey too), but I think it's the carbs that have stopped the anti- parasite herbs from working with me. I'll let you know if it works. Hope so!
