I am still wondering about the Q-10 I read online that Dr Clark recommends 3,000 mil before breakfast. Says take out f capsules and put in mouth and swish around. Is this for one day only? It didnt say how many days to do this.

Someone here said to take the whole bottle at once.

I was kind of disapointed what i read because I thought this parasite cleanse I was on would kill most of the parasites and eggs if not all. After reading what Clark says it could take alot more....

I havent seen anything yet but its only day 4 so far.
