Use a little less oil. I like to sometimes
run a hot bath and soak while I swish. It
helps to relax me and I am less in a "hurry".
I use sesame oil the most but also use
coconut oil as my number two favorite. I
would use it all the time but because
it is more expensive than sesame oil, I
like to save the coconut oil for special
and for "eating".
You can also swish for a shorter period
of time. This will allow your muscles to
get used to it. Gentle swishing is also
effective. I think most likely reducing
the amount of oil will help you tremendously.
I use just under a tablespoon and then can
handle the volume of the oil when it thins
