Re: no more squatters in my belly!

Well done, Holavender!

You make me think some of my 'spells' in the past, before Humaworm, must have been related...perhaps the same toxins, inside.

The first I put down to a reaction to oral penicillin. The red itchy rash went down the left side of my body, and the tiny blisters were on the bottoms of my feet, and on my palms.

Itched like blazes! I wanted to tear the skin.

At later times I got only the tiniest of blisters, and only a few at a time, mostly on the feet, but I tried everything I could think of to soothe the itching. Plunging the area into ice water was best.

Then came red rashes of hives...great masses of them, particularly on the thighs.

I admit it, I scratched...almost without stopping...weeks at a time.

Breakfast eggs on an airplane caused my hands to swell and itch something awful. The alarmed stewardess gave me a bag of ice and I plunged my hands in until the ice was completely melted.

In the Bahamas I visited a medical doctor who was also a naturopath...my thighs were driving me crazy. Cat fleas and sand flies, in addition to the rest, were NOT helping. It was also the dengue and mosquito season.

In his office I read about allergies to plants of the nightshade family...white potatoes, tomatoes, sweet peppers, eggplant, and tobacco. And he suggested I had some kind of a fungal problem. (Is penicillin a fungus?)

I bought an eggplant and proved the nightshade thingy.

That trip I had a severe return of an pneumonia-like problem, as well. For the second time in my life I threw up mucus from my lungs...once.

So, what was the 'cause'? ...Penicillin, plants of the nightshade family, acidity, heavy metals, or could it have been parasite toxins...the stuff they emit does more damage than their activities...or could it have been the stresses I was experiencing at those times?

I tend to think fungus, and parasite toxins, most of all...aggravated by the other things.

Giving up bread, and beer, etc., recently, has been a good thing.

Thanks for reminding me.

If you can manage yourself during that detox, your immune system is working wonderfully, and your 'intestinal fortitude' is amazing!

I am proud of you!
