She didn't draw blood, but my baby only bit me once. I hollered, "No!", (the hollering was more out of pain than yelling at my baby) withdrew my breast, and kept her from it for just a minute...she cried a little, probably in shock to my "No!" I only kept her from it for that minute, reintroduced her with comforting words and a calm loving voice...and the incidence seemed forgotten.

She never bit me again. Babies are pretty smart. Tweet
