If you read Dr. Schulze , he says that you have to taste the garlic or cayenne in the mouth before you swallow it to prepare the stomach.
I've been trying that and also putting jalapenos' in my stir fry and it makes a big difference. I actually feel it through my body instead of just swallowing a capsule. He says that capsules and pills are so processed that there is no value or effect in them. Companies do not want lawsuits either, so there is next to nothing in them. Do what I do, eat the real thing. I can now even chop and mince ginger in my cooking. It only takes a day or two to get used to it. I'll be trying his ceyenne when I can afford it.
