Mirena IUD and a Staph infection

I caught a staph infection from a mirena IUD and can no longer have children. I am only 20 years old. I am now suffering from pain in my abdominal area from having the infection for 2 months and none of the doctors knowing what was causing my pain. I am also suffering from Vestibulitis and can no longer have intercourse with my husband because of the damage the infection caused to my vaginal area. My body now thinks the infection is still there and is causing autoimmune problems. For example, I now am suffering from an outbreak of eczema because my skin cells believe that the staph is still present. Warn your loved ones that it's not worth the pain and misery to use the IUD. I WISH I had known better.
