I had a similar experience. My first flush produced hundreds of stones and then on my second flush I think I counted 4 (although those may have been wishful thinking).
I just finished No. 3 and instead of drinking a half cup of olive oil I drank 3/4 cup instead and hundreds upon hundreds came out.
