Yes, Magnesium Oil is expensive.. BUT it is VERY VERY concentrated and you
don't need much. If you buy like 64 oz it will last you a VERY long time.
My first buy of Magnesium Oil was from Global Light on the internet. Recently
I ran out and decided to go with another brand, after doing more
research. It seems that the best Magnesium Oil comes from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in Europe, 1600 to 2000 meters deep in the interior of the Earth.
So, I went ahead and bought some of this stuff from this website: https://015d8eb.netsolstores.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=975&HS=1
If you do buy it, please be prepared (at least in my opinion) to spray yourself
SEVERAL times during the day (under armpits- it dries quickly and reduces B.O.)
and also spray your entire body after a shower. When I first got my Mag oil
I only used a small amount massaged into my body 1x a day.Later, after reading some testimonials, I saw that you could/should do it many times a day, especially if one is magnesium depleted. Bathing, also, is very good.
I don't think you would need to do this for a lifetime per say, because you'd want to get your magnesium levels up to a normal level. But having said that with all the stress in our busy lives it probably wouldn't hurt to use it regularly (whatever that means to you). I have found that it is still beneficial to supplement internally with Magnesium as well.. then you don't need so much Mag Oil.
I think Ionic angstrom size Magnesium is the best..supposed to be completely absorbable.. I am able to buy this one (see link below) from my local health food store http://www.biofrequencyconsulting.com/magnesium.html
By the way, just a little testimonial, but I have been gargling with Mag Oil for
about a week and the enamel on my teeth are noticably harder and whiter. I
had a bit of problems with my gums due to my immune system and they are also
much less painful. Pretty Awesome stuff..
