Dientamoeba Fragilis, can it be cured without antibiotics?

Like a few people on this forum, I have D. Fragilis, and it seems very difficult to eradicate without harsh Antibiotics , iodoquinol, secnidazole, sometimes three drugs taken together, at least according to the site "badbugs" that deals with D. Fragilis.
Since this bug gives me major allergies, one of them being very extreme reactions to Antibiotics , what's left for me to eradicate or at least control that bug?
The candida diet doesn't work for me. That leaves me with zapping (does it work for that bug?) and maybe some plants, but which ones?
Please help, I really don't know what to do.
