Need Help lowering Blood pressure Naturally.

Hi,
Does anyone know a natural way to lower blood pressure, ie with herbs etc, I read an earlier posting about a Panax Ginseng powder but when I found the price it seemed very high $250 canadian, with no option to purchase a smaller amount to see if it in fact works. The person in question is taking Accupril right now and would much rather take a natural product, even on the Accupril the readings are still stage 1 to stage 2 hypertension.
