Thanks Chris. You always provide such amazing info. I think I am going to read all of Shelton's online stuff tonight. I have the time and I think it will help me stay focused on the fast.

I had a healing crises today. At least, I think that's what it was. I was soo sick, with a lot of pain in my chest and my bowels were pulsating like I had to fart or take a crap, but of course I couldn't. I had a severe migraine. Just tasting my tongue made me gag. I was soo emotional. All I could do was lay in bed.

I'm feeling a lot better now. It's weird how a few days ago, my tongue was clearing up, but today it is BRIGHT white. Guess cleansing comes in cycles.
