I concur. Sorry to be argumentative, but PURE water must have a pH of 7. It goes by definition. I just feel that needs to be clarified. My San Pelligrino water has ALOT of silica in it, so I would think that it is highly structured (tapped from a spring in France. However, it does have carbon dioxide bubbles in it (similar to club soda). I am thinking now about switching because I would think that it might be acidic (the high calcium content might offset the carbonic acid through the formation of calcium carbonate, might act as a buffer). I dont have litmus paper, put have you tested this brand?
