Actually, if you are referring to the
Mycostat link, I picked that link since
it has only that info on it. I have
found Mycostat once in a Health Food
Store that seemed to specialize, but
otherwise, have only gotten it from
my Naturopath. It runs 18-22 it seems
always. BUT, it is the only legitimate
anti-fungal candida formula I have
taken and I was successful in knocking
down systemic yeast which means that
it was in my blood, organs, etc.
Here is the protocol I followed~~ http://www.herbalhealer.com/candida.html
I want to point out however, I did not use
every product mentioned. I used the ones
I have written about in my first post of
this thread. It is a good idea to pick
what works for you and of course, consider
the dietary needs very seriously. Anything
that can be fermented or which has sugar
is a no. You will find yourself reading
labels and putting stuff back left and
right since it has some form of Sugar in
it. Stevia is great though and a good option.
I also do think it is important to have
the bowels open and flowing so if you
are constipated, the Super II is a good
product and one which is not addictive
Of course, there are quite a number of
ways to hit the candida with anti-fungals.
Most important, patience is required. It
took time to grow an overgrowth, it will
take time to whittle it down...
