Definitely cut down on bread at all costs! Try going organic instead, you could fetch a loaf of "gluten-free" rye/wheat/corn bread at some health stores. Quite rare to find but worth it. Prepare yourself for the extra $$$
As for milk, you could try alternatives like goat milk or soya milk. Better yet, there's rice milk available as well, but not quite sure on the nutrition facts since i've consuming it for quite sometime and still find it difficult to gain weight.
