ACV in general is EXTREMELY anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. ACV also has many other added benefits including all sorts of vitamins and minerals as well as being acidic in your stomach (which you want) while leaving an alkaline residual ash (which you also want).

Don't count on lemons creating the same effect simply because they are both acidic, they are completely different substances altogether, not to mention being 2 different types of acid.

It may very well have been a massive die-off, but it seems unlikely, although it's especially unlikely that it caused candida growth, because it does just the opposite.

Were/are you taking any medications or cleansers at the time? Also how is your diet?
