I've sent my exdoc a lot of material from this forum. He doesn't get much time for reading, which is probably half his problem. I've given up with him, too much like beating my head against a brick wall. I put him into the 'there are none so blind as those who will not see' basket, for now. I tell people who are actually interested in doing something about their health.
