I posted this awhile back, it may be of some help.

For awhile now I've been trying to figure out what type of Probiotics to take. During the call on Sunday, Camille stated she alternates between two different kinds. One is pb8 vegetarian and the other is MegaFlora, I thinks it's by Daily Foods. She said to take them in the morning with a glass of water and no food for at least a 1/2 an hour. There was some background noise at times and I had trouble hearing her every word. I think she said she takes them am and pm. 

I've taken the Megaflora, it's expensive. I started buying probiotics from my local pharmacy. The one I'm taking now has 100 million active lactobacillus acidophilus.

I have trouble sticking with the program. So I'm sure this is the reason why I'm not seeing great results. Congratulations on the six weeks with no sugar, now that's discipline! I'm so sorry to here you had no improvements.
