Thanks so much for the support! It's a bit complicated as it happens usually during the day... after lunch.... at work! It bothers me the most as I have a very demanding job and how can I explain to others what's happening? Once it goes away - it's fine. I guess my question is more of how to cope with it at work especially when I have 10 thousands phone calls, email and trying to do work in the meanwhile, how to make it go away quicker?
It's been an hour and a half and I'm finally starting to think clearly, but yet again I could do anything work related during that time and I simply can't afford that every day. It's basically a day worth of work a week that I will be "out of here" (1.5 x 5 days = 7.5 hrs). I can't lose this job, so I have to make sure my performance stays the same.
