Is this different from the cultured veggies in the body ecology diet. I have done those before and have started again but I use cabbage, kale, wakame (sea vegetable) and a little red bell pepper and add the culture mix from BED. I don't use salt at all.
By the way, the cultured veggies were really easy to make: chop, stir, mix with culture starter, pack in hinged glass jars and let sit on the counter for the period of time stated. Pretty simple.
