I will have to check them names when I replenish but I bought a nice blend from The Good Food Company and could tell they were working right away. I also bought some really good digestive enzymes. My stomach felt better, less bloeating than usual and my skin cleared up really nice.

After trying lots of yogurts, Activia, kefer etc...I found that Dan Active does wonders for me. While I get no results with the others. Tweet
