Uny really is THE authority on echinacea - and I can tell you from personal experience that her tinctures are the bomb!

Echinacea is one of my favorite herbs and, though I do not take it daily, I always keep a supply handy in case I feel a bug coming on such as a cold, congestion or flu-like symptoms.  When that happens echinacea is one of the things I reach for first, along with garlic and a couple of other items, and I take triple or more of the normal amount.  That almost always does the trick for me and the bug is stopped in its tracks.
