My spirit is tugging on me to make a batch for all my loved ones, too. I'm sensing that it's important to get at least SOME made before waiting for the next new moon. THANK YOU for the cost breakdown and recipe. Also thank you for the little garlic peeling lesson. :-) ALL these tips help.

I am praying about the possibility of growing organic habaneros as a little cash crop. it seems they are quite hard to come by and there is a market for them. I don't know if they grow well here, but it seems just about every other kind of pepper does, so why not? I have some seeds dried and ready to plant "today." These seeds didn't come from an organic habanero, but my future ones will. So tada! One test garden, coming right up.
