I have found the following regimens/supplements helpful, some of these may be helpful to others but just keep in mind that there is no one cause of Acne so these may or not be helpful for someone else:
-Juice fasting with fresh vegetable juice
-Following an alkalizing diet, high in raw vegetables and low in cooked grains and other cooked foods
-Using various anti-fungals (as my Acne was caused mainly by parasites and candida), I have found Pau D'Arco, Black-Walnut Hulls, fresh garlic, and apple cider vinegar to be very helpful.
-I have previously done several parasite cleanses that I found helpful (including the one recommended by Hulda Clark )
-I have done several types of bowel cleanses, the best I feel was taking large amounts of Bentonite and psyllium husk while fasting (this removes large amounts of intestinal plaque)
-I am currently following the Chelation: Cutler Protocol to help expel toxic metals from my body.
-I have found these supplements helpful: iodine, milk thistle, large doses of vitamin C, pygnogenol.
-I have done oil pulling before, but this really only has a small effect on my acne, I do feel it is good for the gums, mouth and body.
-I cannot understate the importance of listening to your own body, for me healing my body is connected to healing my spirit as well.
