I tried my first coffee enema about a week ago as well. However, I don't have a "real" enema bag yet...so I used one of the disposable fleet type bottles and kept refilling it with the coffee mixture. Is this basically the same? I was able to fill it at least 4 times, and held it in for 15 minutes.
