I may have Ascaris, how can I be sure?

I was looking through the parasite pictures and I think I have Ascaris, but how can I be sure?It looked very similar only mine have been coming from my nose. Is that even possible? The main difference between the picture I saw and what I have in my sinus is the color. Mine are greener than the picture. Also it's when they are the little size they are green, but the long ones like in the pics, come out my nose after I feel a tickle, then my nose will bleed profusely, nearly non-stop till I finally blow hard enough and a long thin bloody thread like thing comes out. When I'm lucky, it'll come out all at once but most times it seems to come out in 2 or 3 pieces. Then the bleeding stops till I get another tickle. As far as the small "rice" shaped ones, they are there every time I blow my nose?? If I can't blow them out sometimes I can cough them up. So I'm not sure if they are in my sinus or my lungs? Do these kind get in those 2 places? I'm really hoping ya'll can help, I don't know how much longer I can go on feeling like I do !!! I use to be the happiest, easy going , optomistic person you'd ever met, but, not no more. My husband of 28 years is telling me he can't take it much longer !! I need help really bad at figuring out what is wrong and getting rid of it !!!All my symptoms point to parasites, toxins, candida, and bad blood. Is there anything out there to cure all of these at once, or will I have to do one at a time? I'm really hoping it's all at one time !!! But I have a feeling it isn't going to be that easy,huh?

Please, Please !!! If anyone can point me in the right direction to find help I truly would be grateful !!!!
