Too high in zinc?

Hi Dr:

I took an hair anaysis test to check my level of metals and minerals. My highest metals were lead and arsenic (the water perhaps? I drink filtered fridge water). The most concern for me was my zinc levels. It came back at 280 mgs (normal range 140-220) My copper levels were normal at 16 mgs (normal range 11-37). I have an appointment with a natural doctor in a few weeks (first visit). Any ideas why my zinc would be at such toxic levels and what to do about it? I am stumped!!
Chris
