I will have to try your suggestions also Trapper. My teeth never use to be sensitive, but for about 3 months I would fast 1-2 days a week only having water with lemon juice mixed into it. It really did a bad number on my teeth. They hurt almost daily now. I did find a tooth paste called Tom's natural toothpaste and it has some desensitising in it. It does help.
I've been seeing some improved feeling in well being by taking apple cider vinegar, but again, it makes my teeth hurt and people say it erodes the enamel.
Is there anything safe that strengthens the enamel because I think that's where the real problem lies?
