Flushes and cleanses are good, but only once or twice a year. Overflushing never lets the body stabilize.
You can buy oderless garlic pills at the drugstore or health food store ("Garlinase" or some other brand) that don't smell. They kill the bad bacteria and garlic also purifies the blood.
What are your other health problems? Whether you are taking medication or not, it is likely that either or both the illness and medication are causing your digestion to be incomplete and you have undigested food rotting away in your gut. Sleep is very important for good digestion. Water is also very important (coffee is dehydrating, drink only 1 or 2 cups a day).
Stress is VERY IMPORTANT (stop being a worry wart).
A half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water is good every day. Apple juice is very good for digestion also. A glass of beer is also good (fermented foods are very healthy and good for the digestion...be careful it doesn't become a habit!!).
Do not go health-crazy (self defeating stress).
If you sweat alot, especially after eating a meal, it is because your body is using EXCESSIVE energy digesting your food. Eat easy to digest food (liquid nutrition if possible...vegetable juices and such,...V8 vegetable juice at the supermarket is VERY healthy).
WALKING is VERY good for the digestion.
Dental Amalgams (fillings) can leach mercury into the intestines and mess up digestion...(and worse).
