Will douching with epsom salt kill parasites in you?

Is it safe to douche with Epsom Salt? Or would your body absorb the salt making it harmful to your health? I've been bleeding now for 2-3 months and I'm pretty sure it's bloody little string parasites like the ones I blow out of my nose all the time. I've heard that Epsom Salt kills critters, so I was wanting to try douching with it to maybe kill them and stop the bleeding. Also is it safe for enemas? If it is safe for both should I wait a certain amount of time between doing them both? Any help or pointing me to a place to find the answers would be truly appreciated !!
