The problem with soybean lecithin is that medical used it, chiropractors suggest it as well, but there are a percentage on the internet condeming it and anytime you have a group saying this or that is toxic, your wasteing your breathe, because the crowd follows those making the most noise.

i say everything manufactured has some degree of toxicity and with soybean lecithin, it is used commonly in baked goods, candies, etc....and if people eat these things, then using baking food grade lecithin is fine....BUT, if people do not eat foods from stores and are living correctly on raw fruits, then sure, they should avoid soybean lecithin, WELL, I guess more correct to say, such people have no need forit anyway, because those eating properly don't need to supplement their diet.
