Trapper..? about lugols

Hi, I wanted to know what would % I would buy to do the painting of the iodine. I really am looking on the forum about this to add to the ilodol that I'm taking. I'm really not finding what I need to know. Any suggestions about the supplements also. I read a post about taking vit c an hour after iodine. Also with the selenium to increase it from 200mcg to 900mcg or some range like that. Worry kinda new at this.
