As someone who doesn't want to lose any weight, I find that it is necessary to take my oils AFTER a meal - never before. If I take them before a meal, I don't feel as hungry and I'm at risk of losing much needed weight. Like you, I am also hoping that the two oils balance each other out.

I simply eat my coconut oil with a spoon, but the olive oil I mix with lemon, a pinch of cayenne, and stevia & make into a lemonade.
