Kidney Questions

I had a physical last week. I am on 2 blood pressure medications and 2 diuretics and cholesterol meds because I had a surprise triple bypass a little over a year ago. My kidneys have not been functioning correctly since. I have also been diagnosed with diabetes. My kidney count last time (three months ago) was 46.49 and this time it is 42.3. I am making an appointment with a nephrologist today. I just know this count should be 60.
What should I be concerned about? I don't know much about this and when you read info on the internet it is really confusing because I don't have a name for this. Any help would be appreciated. Is there any herb or vitamin that would help. Thanks so much. LadyWin1 Tweet
