The product available from Marantech is the Tetrasil which is an external topical application that is designed for external purposes only and although has the ingredient in it, it also has a base of wax and oil in the .5 oz tubes they sell for $18 each. IMUSIL is not available and has of recent disappeared from their site due to the crusade i am on to bring this cure to the people in need and that seek the cure.
