Re: lip surgery and crazy attempts

Will they do it for exfoliative cheilitis though? I've heard of lip reductions in terms of people having normal big lips and wanting to have smaller lips especially in the African American population. Would a surgeon operate on inflamed tissue? Wouldn't they be hesitant to do this? Tweet
