the day before important

does anybody remember the day before you got ec. the last day you were normal before your head hit the pillow. what did you do eat or drink came in contact. nine was this i rember it was during a heat wave i sleep with the door open but for some reason i closed it and it was pretty hot in my room. the next day i woke up my lips were dry i didnt think much at first put blistex on and relaxed but 2 days went by and they got worse.
