Not too sure about candida but definitely IBS (Irritable Bowel syndrome).
Getting gasy after eating grains or Sugar is due to candida.
Getting gasy after eating sausage and steak is due to poor digestion. Ask your local health store for digestive enzymes and take some with the food that causes gas.

Drink more water, i.e. swallow two big glasses of water between meals (not AFTER a meal it will compromise your digestion). Putting a bit of lemon juice in your drinking water will also help.
If it is candida (and not IBS only) eating more grain will not help. Eating more green will definitely help.
