I have noticed much improvement in peeling.
I have done a number things differently but I not sure which one has caused the change.
Here is what I have done:

1. Eat more fats:
Avacado, sunflower oil, butter,fish oil...I 'm eating
much more fatty foods but the good fats i have listed above.

2. I moved. I went to area that has less grass, trees and my new house has much less carpeting. Its also more humid and less dry.

3. I dont take any suppliments and I stay away from foods that have added vitamins like milk and cereals.

One of these 3 things have resulted in a lot improvement

If anyone is going to try to copy what i am doing, try 1 and 3 first. It costs nothing.
I'm not sure which of these has resulted in my improvement.
