Need Iodine Help!!!

Hi all,
I got my thyroid tests back:
TSH 4.260 (0.450-4.500)
T4 5.5 (4.5-12.0)
T3 uptake 27 (24-39)
Free T4 0.75 (0.61-1.76)

I feel a thickness in my throat when I swallow, have fibrocystic breasts, Stomach digestion problems, celiac disease, current lumps, diff sleeping, depressed, cold hands and feet, elevated liver enzymes.

I have the pills but due to the reaction (even with only 6.5mg iodoral, I had instant anxiety and heart thumping, couldn't sleep, feeling of total panic and sweat) someone suggested getting the Lugol drops which I am ordering today.

How can I start off taking this safely, just in case I have hashi's?
