I was wondering the same thing as Ii was making a smoothie this morning. I added a banana, few ice cubes and 2 T. of lecthin with a dash of stevia to the kefir... I don't usually do this, but it tastes much better. Did I ruin the health benefits?
I asked my daughter in law what she thought of adding the grains in the blender - she said she thought it would be ok as long as they didn't scream... (you know being alive and all that)
