Re: UNDECENOIC acid - anybody used this?

Very useful answer, thanks Ruff (I assume you're a man?)

You pointed out avoiding allergenic foods - that may be the key to healing this awful leaky gut and these crazy making sensations in the skin.

I ate some rice porridge, lately amaranth porridge in the morning.

So what did you eat in the morning when you were allergic to grains and cereals?

Also, I was thinking, problem with us is we're self treating. So we don't really know what does what, and what we are really reacting to. It may be that you were not really reacting to the die-off, but the caprilyc or undecenoic acid themselves. I read caprylic acid causes you to not detox a very toxic, carcinogenic pesticide. Since we are not doctors and in the complete darkness here (and even doctors are), we don't know what goes on with our bodies. Maybe that's what makes fighting candida so long.

I wish I had your conditions - sunshine, countryside, hugs and love. Yes I do feel it makes a difference. Canada is a complete shithole.
