The trick in building a community is to allow everyone freedom to be who they are so long as they choose behavior that is respectful to others.
There can be uniqueness without disagreement.
There can be disagreement without separation.
There can be separation without hatred.
Most people who are new to the forum do not need your personal attention.
Many of the regulars here are able to answer basic questions regarding the approach and the protocol and many of the regulars have a manner of posting that does not create unnecessary conflict.
Perhaps you should allow others to initially interact with new posters and save your time and energy for questions that the community is unable to answer, when corrections need to be offered, or for when disagreements occur that people are unable to resolve amongst themselves.
That can allow you to focus your energy on your regular posts that seek to grow and deepen the understanding of the principles behind the protocol.
