Re: What does this mean?

Hi #113838,

Coffee retention enemas are used mostly for cleansing the liver although  they can help clear the bowels. For candidiasis a better cleansing enema would be a lemon juice enema or a vinegar enema.

After the lemon or vinegar enema, use a baking soda enema to neutralize the acidity of the previous enema. After that you can do the acidophilus retention enema. This enema you need to retain for as long as possible, overnight if feasible.

If you do these enemas for three consecutive days it is natural that on the third day you would get very little residue from your bowels compared to the previous days.

For candidiasis it is imperative that you watch your diet very carefully.

You could also try to do these enemas three times a weeks, every other day; say Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
