I'm the same. I'm always snacking on nuts and seeds. I read once you shouldn't eat too many. But i can't help

I buy a large bag of mixed nuts and green and yellow sultanas, from the asian section of supermarket, as i find them fresh. I've never had a bad nut. I find if i buy in the normal section they are not so crisp and sometimes i'll get a bad one.

The mix has almonds, chashews and pecans. It is the pecans i go for more than the others. My hubbie moans cos i pick them out. There used to be loads in the mix, but they have reduced the amount recently i've noticed.

I haven't read the article yet, but pecans are close to walnuts, so maybe that is why i'm a pecan nut.

I mean we get cravings when pregnant don't we. So why shouldn't we instinctively be drawn to what our bodies need the rest of the time. Like chocolate lol High in magnesium, that is why we crave it around period time, well i used to, i'll have to think up another excuse now. lol.
Although we also crave stuff that is not so good for us.
