What would be your recommended form, product, source of Vitamin C?


Food sources are the best.  These include watercress, papaya, kiwis, and berries.  For herbal supplements I prefer amla, acerola cherry and rosehips.

I don't care for synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) or camu camu due to stability problems.  And synthetic vitamin C is much weaker in action than natural sources.
