Would I be correct is thinking that par d'arco tea, or any healthy tea, would be as beneficial consumed cold as hot? Like making it as 'sun' tea? Or should they be hot steeped first, then chilled for the best effects?
The tea needs to be physically boiled to extract the tea properly. Boil it for 20 minutes covered. I have tried simmering it in the past and it does not extract properly, so sun tea definitely will not get hot enough.
