Unfortunately I can't take psyllium, completely blocked me up in a scarey way and I drank masses of water. I have taken flax/linseed over the years and have become completely intolerant to that too. It blocks me up now.
The problem with Oxypowder is that I can't see myself stopping taking it and I don't like to be dependent on anything. Also the energy effect is a bit weird and magnesium hydroxide -that is not a form of magnesium that would appear naturally as a food stuff? or is any form of magnesium beneficial?
