you're reminding me of the fact that I still have not "officially" reported on this. It took about 27 mos.
I took lots of breaks in supplementing and thought I was done a few times before I was really done. FBD(advanced FBD, such as mine) seems to have layers to it. It took no time at all for the first two cysts to disappear...but, there were more.
Fibrocystic breasts are just an obvious sign of body-wide deficiency. I still take Iodine and companion nutrients, just not on a regular schedule.
It's not an easy journey, to reverse the condition. Not so easy as "take 8 drops Lugol's and call me in the morning".
BTW, I think that regular breaks in dosing are very important. "Pulsing" the dose has been discussed a lot here. That means 2 days off, 5 on, 3 days off, 4 on...ya know? Well I took it further than that. I'd take a week off, or a month here and there.
BTW, MOST women have FBD. Some of it detectable only microscopically, but...with FBD, the seed has been planted for future breast cancer.
